Case Study Overview
This case study highlights the partnership between WHAM, a specialized branding agency, and Watsons, the foremost pharmacy and drugstore brand in Asia. The project centered around designing a large-scale eCommerce site for Watsons across seven countries. The main focus was on providing a seamless user experience and ensuring high-quality pixel output. Along with this, the agency also undertook tasks such as designing mobile concepts and UI elements and maintaining the project's style guide to maintain consistency across platforms.
To further improve the design output, the agency optimized their workflow, which resulted in a successful collaboration. The end result was an enhanced Watsons brand that fulfilled their mission of enabling customers to look good and feel great.
